My problem start after the last typhoon. Well, at least I though "I" was but I'm was wrong "WE" is the correct word. My friends and relatives with smart bro faces same problem. The speed is OK but the problem is it always disconnects a little more or less than 30 minutes of use, it will disconnects for 5-15 minutes and then the connection will be OK again for 30 minutes or so of use and the process starts over and over 24/7 for over a month now.<br />

I tried calling customer service several times last month and this month but they always say the same thing over and over and over and over again, stuff like "switch of the motorola and on again","what is you IP/machine address?", "restart your computer" and blah blah blah. One of them says they have a problem with the base station which makes sense since my friends and relative are complaining the same thing.She said they are currently fixing it (For over a month with no luck of fixing it?what kind of technicians you have?). I told one of them to send a technician here to check my antenna or change my base station but he said the process is not easy and he need confirmation of something. What the hell was that?, so I said just try to fix my connection or I won't pay. It's their responsibility to fix my connection but they are not doing it.<br />

PLEASE FIX OUR CONNECTION HERE IN ALBAY OR YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS SOON. <br />

I WILL STILL PAY MY BILL AFTER WHAT I SAID BUT IF MY CONNECTION ISN'T FIX IN A WEEK I WILL APPLY FOR A DISCONNECTION!<br />

Lam nyo kung sino nagpapanget ng SmartBRO? o de ang mga smartBRO contractors na nagkakabit nito.. Di kasi direct sa SmartBRO ang mga reklamo natin.. kaya kapag tumawag ka dahil may problema ka.. una muna pupuntahan nyang reklamo mo ay sa call center nila.. tapos igagawa pa yan ng ticket na ipapasa naman sa mga contractors ni BRO.. Ngayon.. ang nangyayari.. tatamarin si Contractor.. magpapataan at magpapalipas ng ilang araw bago pasyalan ang problemadong smartbro subscriber.. Ayun pagdating ni contractor ayos na problema ni subscriber.. (kasi nagpakabit ng nang globe) nyahahaha.. <br />

Sa case ko naman.. ako na lang umaayos kapag may problema, kaya ko naman kasi lahat.. aral aral.. basa basa lang..<br />

Lam nyo kung sino nagpapanget ng SmartBRO? o de ang mga smartBRO contractors na nagkakabit nito.. Di kasi direct sa SmartBRO ang mga reklamo natin.. kaya kapag tumawag ka dahil may problema ka.. una muna pupuntahan nyang reklamo mo ay sa call center nila.. tapos igagawa pa yan ng ticket na ipapasa naman sa mga contractors ni BRO.. Ngayon.. ang nangyayari.. tatamarin si Contractor.. magpapataan at magpapalipas ng ilang araw bago pasyalan ang problemadong smartbro subscriber.. Ayun pagdating ni contractor ayos na problema ni subscriber.. (kasi nagpakabit ng nang globe) nyahahaha.. <br />

Sa case ko naman.. ako na lang umaayos kapag may problema, kaya ko naman kasi lahat.. aral aral.. basa basa lang..<br />
