I'm having this problem since last week, the service is actually dissapointing, whenever i upload my favorite video in You tube, it takes at least 3 hours too upload a 5 minute video,  I tried to limit the number of tabs to 3 only to hasten but  no effect.  What's the meaning of this? My first few months of using SmartBro was impressive after  6 to 7 months everything slowed down. Please help, I really need some tips on how to improve or hasten it? :(

			<description><![CDATA[nagbasa-basa ako ng mga ilang pang comments tungkol sa smartbro service and found out na bugbog pala kayo sa reklamo....tsk tsk....just a small suggestion....sana naman kung may service interuption due to some maintenance work sa mga stations nyo or kung ano pa man...hindi naman siguro mahirap mag palabas ng notice sa inyong mga customers at least to inform them na may technical maintenance na ginagawa....kasi kung bigla lang mapuputol ang mga connection.... to me that is a ...definitely...certainly....without a doubt ay malaking kabastusan.....di ba? why not inform us of what is happening?... hindi yung bigla na lamang mawawala..mapuputol....well that cannot be considered good service di ba?....you see i work in a service oriented occupation also and according to the seminars we undergo in our company...when you say good service you have to give consideration sa feelings ng mga customer nyo....konting respeto lang ay malaking bagay na rin...just inform us..e kung yung mga pop up advertisement nga nakakapasok sa monitor di ba? just find a way to inform us before you do something...thank you....]]></description>
