yes i am facing this problem too as i have windows vista but my mate as windows xp and it seems to be running fine
i really like smart bro so i hope you can get a fix for this please

yep. have vista as well, it doesn't work...on vista.

It crashes quite often for me. (I use windows xp). I think i'll start giving Smart Bro a miss. It's not stable enough for my liking, sorry.
