On the screen of my monitor are very strange and not clear signs instead of letters.
Probably you have some technical problems on the site?
Prompt to me what should I do, to make hieroglyphs on my screen became normal letters?

Thank you for reporting this. I need to see the problem to help you with it, so can you make a screen shot of Smart Bro website on your machine?
If you don't know how to take a screen shot, it's very easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Make sure to load
http://www.smartbro.com on your Internet browser (Smart Bro?) and make sure the strange signs are visible on the screen.
2. Press "Prt Sc" button on your keyboard. (it's normally located beside the "Scroll" button).
What you've done now is taking a screen shot of your desktop and placed it in memory.
3. Now, to get that screen shot, load Microsoft Paint (Start->Programs->Accessories->Paint).
4. When the MS Paint is loaded. Select from its menu (Edit->Paste).
5. Now the screen shot you've taken previously is loaded inside MS Paint.
6. Save the image using (File->Save) as screenshot.jpg (please make sure that "JPEG (*.JPG, *.JPEG, *.JPE, *.JFIF)" is selected in the "Save as type" box in the save dialog.
7. Send the screenshot.jpg file to my email address: (support AT smartbro DOT com).
8. I will check it and get back to you.
