Click START then RUN. sa RUN type mo CMD then press ENTER. Once nasa COMMAND PROMPT (black window) kana type mo PING<SPACE>WWW.(WEBSITENASINASABIMO).com then press enter.
If walang packet loss OK open ang site at connected ka dapat so the next question is saan naputol ang connectivity. Sa COMMAND PROMPT pa din type mo TRACERT<SPACE>WWW.(WEBSITENASINASABIMO).com saan nagkaroon ng ASTERISK (*) sa IP ni SMART or ng SERVER?
