hello can i ask why recently my connection to slow and sometimes no connection?,,,,,,,,can we users allowd to change the location of our antenna to pick up more signals?,,,,,,pls help thanx.

..evrytime we call on ur company,your olwiez say that ur gonna fix it and were going to wait just for 24 hour,but now almost 72 hours of waiting in your response about our problem,CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE US GOOD SERVICE ABOUT OUR INTERNET CONNECTION!!!!
I strongly disagree on changing the location of your Canopy antenna. We subsribers are not allow to do it because the said device is being installed the SMARTBRO contractors and is set to acquire the signal from the BaseStation.
If you are really having a connection problem then call the *1888 hotline using your SMART cellular phone or visit the nearest wireless center on your area.
