i've been using smarbro to my laptop for 2 months. then my OS crashes. a technician reinstall OS and drivers for my laptop... but when i plug the smartbro to my loptop i cant connect to the net anymore. when i plug it says that my network has no connectivity. i tried repairing it (also manually cmd prompt) still doesnt work...

but when i connect it to lan connection it can connect to the internet... do i have to work on network settings?

You need to re install your lan card driver. Why because it's DHCP function isn't working fine.
