2 days ago, I bought the "just plug it" device, I downloaded the software and was able to connect to the internet for an hour, then got disconnected. I tried to log on again but failed to connect repeatedly. And I suspect I need to reload, but when I followed the instruction of reloading written by the smartbro sales agent, I get error report. And where can I find the PIN # of the SIM card? I saw two (2) sets of same #s written at the bottom of the card but the reply I received is "error".

i just got my new smartbro prepaid din, and i follow these steps to reload my "plug-it"
On my smart phone, i just text Reload <PIN><Smartbro number> and i send it to 1510,
and 1510 will reply showing the current balance and another message sa smart bro message inbox
confirming load receipt. Yung PIN na hinihingi, scratch mo yun at the back of your prepaid card na pinurchase mo. Just like the usual procedure when reloading a prepaid card:p
