have you tried calling their hotline *1888? or vist their business office para u would know kung anong problem, or better yet try to access quickfix.

Hindi. Forum ito ng SmartBRO na web BROWSER (IE, Firefox, Opera, etc.). They're not related to Smart Communications. So in short, don't complain here.
