hi r0se419, ako kasi i just go to their business office to pay my bill even if i dont have the billing statement yet. Try to call their hotline *1888 ipaverify mo bakit di mo pa recieve yung bills mo (try to check your address kung tama), or ask any convenient ways how to check and reprint your billing statements, i think they call it "bills online", i just really dont know exactly how to do it, kaya better ask their cust service, it's for free so long na smart sim gamit mo. Razz

You can call the holtine at *1888 then choose the 3 option which is for Billing and Non-Technical Concerns.

You can go to the nearest wireless center to coordinate with your billing matters.

You can also use the Bills Online service by logging into smart.com.ph/connect
Simply register on that site then you will be able to see you last three billings.

There you have the 3 options hope you will find if which suits you best.
