Full Version: What the hell is wrong with Smart Bro?

Since Saturday, January 5, 2008 my connection has been slow like a damn dial up connection. It starts from approximately 9 am to 11pm. After 11 PM onwards my connection is back to normal. What the hell is wrong with this thing? Its been 4 damn days and its like WHOAH can I burn these wirings and make myself happy?

Is there any maintenance going on or something? Hello were paying here I think we deserve some NOTICE when youre doing some maintenance. We pay the right price and we want the right service. If theres any notice kindly give me a link. Sorry for the accent Im kinda pissed coz its 4 damn days I cant even look at my friendster profile.

P.S. Im like few blocks away from Smart Communications Tower and when you get up on my roof youll see it crystal clear.
Been 6 days of useless connection. This sucks >Sad

I think depende sa problem na ma-encounter mo. I already done calling the hotline and trying to fack some things. I told them I have limited or no connectivity then they instruct me a TS. I called again about the email sending problem they asked me to telnet only. I called again to report on network cable unplg then the next day contractors came.
