positive :
-IF connected properly : internet speed is fine

-rebate

-their personnel (maintenance - antenna) are nice

-call-center agents are nice (Help Service)

-...tsk tsk tsk... that's all??

negative :
-frequently NO connection..

-the connection is often choppy...

-IF there is a bad weather outside... SmartBULOK fails connection

-Useless info on how to fix the connection given by the Service Center
(they are giving out highly intellectual descriptions, words which are misleading words to the customers...)
(example : "open the bios and type this, type these..."
"unplug the adapter??(internet-plug) and then
plug it again after 1minute..."
"remove the internet cable for 40sec then do this, do that..."
THESE ARE ALL CRAPPY THINGS!!!
all you have to do is simply disable/enable the connection from the friendly "2 small monitors" at the taskbar.

-BASTA!!! BULOK!!!! !Q#$%....
-don't advertise your business if its not good!
-you are dealing with so many people having the same problem as mine...
dont you think you guys should fix this problem???!
-be sure to have enough towers to support plenty of subscribers....

kasi, shared connection ang BRO, hindi lang ikaw ung gumagamit ng wifi,
hindi lang ikaw yung may sariling IP adress, may router ata kaya pag sabay-sabay gumagamit ng network yung mga grupo ng tao na nakarouter sa iisang service eh mabagal...

katulad ng mga na comp. shops...
pag nag youtube lahat, tapos gusto mong mag RF online, ma-lag,
mgabagal, ganun din and BRO....

pag walang nakikishare sa net mo, mga 45 to 55 dapat ang dload speed mo, or more..... katulad noong x-mas, ako lng ung gumagamit sa connection, and yes.... alam ko kasi mabilis dload speed ko Smile

naka 3 ng palit ng canopy sa amin pero sobrang bagal pa rin...sa base station talaga problema...mapa-umaga o gabi mabagal talaga.

you can't download anything right beyond 10 Mb.

hindi nila kaya ang dami ng subscriber nila, their servers are a bunch of screwed up boxes! may pre-termination fee pa as if their f*cked up service is worth it!

even calling their customer care service is crap! there is no use in emailing them.
your tech support has no clue of what is happening...puro na lang ieendorse sa technical group and your technical group are so dense or very used to f*cking up subscribers to withheld information na they cannot really handle it and just give us back our money!!!

they are just using cheap WISP technology and charges us as if they can deliver half of the bandwith they are advertising? they really suck at this!!! compared globe wifi and at least they can give at least 400Kbps but smart really suck at this!!!

either give us our money back or do something about improving your crappy internet service!!
