Good afternoon,

Don't know if I'm in the right forum or not but anyway here goes.

I'm having a problem with setting up uTorrent 1.7.5. This is my first time to use any bittorrent software. It seems that I could not forward my port properly. Test says that the port is not open.

Have tried steps outlined in uTorrents website. Have ZoneAlarm and Threatfire as defense.

Is this an issue with Smart? Should I call them? There is something being mentioned in uTorrent's website that it could be an ISP issue.

Thanks.
im having the same problems, i thought it was an isolated incident. ive tried calling the tech support line, but they're pretty much useless. ive tried it without a router, even turning off all firewalls and still cant get a connection from outside.

i also have a pldt dsl connection going on, if i switched over to that. everything works just fine, router and firewall running too.

if someone knows a work around on this problem. please let us know.

thanks
