I have a problem with mine.
Sa quickfix2, it asked for my username and password. The problem is, I'm getting the " Run-time error '10061': Connection forcefully rejected."
I\m sure my username and password are correct, but why am I still getting the said error.

Make sure you get to have the same username/password that you have whenever you access the Smartbro Account Portal

What does this mean?
System Error &H8007007e(-2147024770). The specified module could not be found.
It all started when I Booted my PC agian & I forgot to back up all my files and this is the important one,please reply.

Pare, na-download mo na ba yung Quickfix? Pwede mo to download sa http://portal.smartbro.net o kaya sa http://portal.smartbro.net. Kapag na-download mo na, kung first time user ka click mo muna yung "register", tapos yung "activate".

Ginawa ko na to minsan at nangyari nga, go to the control panel from your PC,click add/remove programs,from there find the quickfix,click the change bottun and repair it.

Have another problem.
It says:
"Server unreachable.
Please check your cable connection and try again".
Although naka-enable naman ung connection ko.. and nakakabrowse ako sa nel like this... sa quickfix ayaw nya makonek... bakit ganun... is it my OS? kasi kaka-install ko lang ng OS... nakakainis.. hmmpp.... dami errors...

Ang smart bro quickfix kasi ay siang daiognostic tool para malaman mo kung gaano kabilis ang connection nyo,hindi lang yan,minsan nagbibigay sila ng anouncement,at ito ay para sa mga single pc lamang.
Pero mukhang ibang klase ang problema po ninyo,pati nga siguro ang OS,ano nga po ba ang OS niyo,ito ba ay compatible po o hindi,baka meron po kayong magiging sagot sa Technical Support o sa Costumer Service ng Smart Bro(Iisa lang ang tinutukoy ko tungkol sa Tecnical Support at Costumer Service).
