I am not certain if this an honest forum. For all I know the people posting here are from smart.
I have subscribed for less than a month and I have to say that I am totally dissatisfied. Application and installation was a breeze and if you think that's a sign of things to come. You couldn't be more wrong.
The thing is I do not think Smart is even admitting how Smartbro service sucks.
I only wish there is a government agency out there who can protect us from these types comsumer abusive practices.
