My Local Area Connection Speed used to be 100Mbps now it is only 10 Mbps. Does this affect my download speed?
I tested my internet connection speed using MacAfee Speedometer and other sites and. I was shocked that the result was only 60 kbps though i repeated it several times-same result. How is that?
We are paying the 384 kbps(max?) at least Smart Co. should provide us 3/4 of that speed or higher. Pls naman maawa kayo give us the service we deserve and paying for.
