Kindly help me Smartbro,

This is my first time to post something regarding a computer problem, because I often spend time fixing it my self, but this time I already spend 8 days figuring out a solution to my problem but cant get any.

I tried to connect to http://www.ph.garena.com but cannot connect, I frequently visit this site but all of a sudden I cant visit it anymore, I tried everything, virus scan, flush dns, reset modem/router, direct modem connection, change dns, everything possible, I cant open it both in IE or Firefox but opening other sites is a no problemo.

So what I'm thinking now is that maybe ph.garena blocked my ip address? cause I can access the site if I use a "proxy server". I contacted that site but the admins told me that they never banned my ip. So most experts tried to help me but no progress, last result is to contact my ISp which is Smartbro, so can anything be done to help me?
